Kate is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in downtown Palo Alto. In addition to working with parents using the CARE Parent Therapy™ model, Kate sees children, teens, individual adults and couples. She also facilitates process groups for graduate students at Santa Clara University.
Kate holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, an M.B.A. from Cornell University, and a B.A. from Smith College. She is Chief Financial Officer of the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Past volunteer efforts include Clinical Director, Silicon Valley Chapter of A Home Within and Member of the Peninsula/South Bay Education Committee of the Northern California Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology.
